Situated in the South Downs National Park, midway between Winchester and Eastbourne, on the South Downs Way, and just 10 miles from the coast.

One mile from the village is Amberley Railway Station with connections to Gatwick Airport and Victoria Station in London, which is just 80 minutes away.

Whilst travelling along the B2139 from Storrington 3 miles north, or Arundel 4 miles south, turn into Amberley village and follow the road as it bears to the right around the Black Horse Pub.

Continue up the slight hill approximately ½ mile. On the left is the Sportsman Inn and Woodybanks Cottage is just past on the left.

There is off-street parking at the bottom of the garden on our driveway behind the five bar gate, and the garage is available for cyclists to lock away their bikes.
